The Martensville Community Recreation Project is working to provide a multi-purpose facility in the City of Martensville.  In doing this, we offer 3 major events in our city as a way to raise awareness and funds that go directly to this multipurpose facility.  The three annual events that the MCRP pur on are the Martensville 3 on 3 Hockey Tournament, Casino Night and NHL Playoff Draft.
 

Martensville 3 on 3 Fall Hockey Tournament

 

• Is a 3 on 3 hockey tournament where those who register get 7 games over 3 weeks. The Martensville Sport Center will have 7-8 games every day.

• Runs for 3 weeks starting in August and ending in September.

• Has 300 participants from ages 6 and up.

• Registration on our website, www.martensville3on3.goalline.ca starts in May and runs until August.

 

Sponsorship opportunities - Sponsorships will be for 1 year but you will have first right of refusal the following year.

 

Division Sponsor - $1000 - 5 Opportunities

 

• Your business will receive an advertisement and link to your business’s website on the Age Division pages of our website www.martensville3on3.goalline.ca

• Your business will be advertised in our sponsorship page on www.martensvillecrp.weebly.com

• Recognition from the MCRP through social media, mainly Facebook and Twitter

• Your company will have a large business logo on 30” x 72” banner at the Martensville Sports Center for the duration of the 3 on 3 tournament (Aug. 28 - Sept. 18)
  
  We will send emails through our email list (300 people) promoting your business and events put on by your business.  This will be done monthly starting in April until the end of the 3 on 3 tournament in September (6 mass emails)

• Your business will get recognition in local newspapers at the end of the tournament

• The age division in which you sponsor will be named after your business (ie. The Tim Horton’s Novice Division)

 

Goal Sponsor - $500

 

• Your business will be advertised in our sponsorship page on www.martensvillecrp.weebly.com

• Recognition from the MCRP through social media, mainly Facebook and Twitter

• Your company will have a medium sized business logo on a 30” x 72” Banner at the Martensville Sports Center for the duration of the 3 on 3 tournament (Aug. 28 - Sept. 18)
  
  We will send one email in the spring and one in the fall promoting your business and events put on by your business (2 mass emails)

• Your business will get recognition in local newspapers at the end of the tournament

 

Assist Sponsor - $100

 

• Your business will be advertised in our sponsorship page on www.martensvillecrp.weebly.com

• Recognition from the MCRP through social media, mainly Facebook and Twitter

• Your company will have a small sized business logo on a 30” x 72” Banner at the Martensville Sports Center for the duration of the 3 on 3 tournament (Aug. 31 - Sept. 21)

• Your business will get recognition in local newspapers at the end of the tournament

 

Donations

 

The Martensville Community Recreation Project is a Charitable Organization. For those businesses that would like to make a donation and which does not receive any advertising at the tournament a tax receipt will be issued. We will also recognize your donation on our website www.martensvillecrp.weebly.com
